These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using DataMondo Power Bi Agent. By using the web application or Microsoft Teams app, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

DataMondo Power Bi Agent helps users upload CSV or Excel files, analyze spreadsheet data, generate dashboard plans, suggest DAX measures, and create downloadable Power BI project files. The service is available through the web application and the Microsoft Teams personal bot experience.
A DataMondo account and authorized access to the DataMondo Power Bi Agent service are required. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs through their account.
Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files are lawful, accurate, and permitted for processing. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal data unless your organization has approved that use and appropriate agreements are in place.
Some responses, dashboard recommendations, DAX suggestions, and generated plans are produced with artificial intelligence. AI generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed, validated, and approved by the user before business use.
The Microsoft Teams app is intended for the personal bot scope unless otherwise stated in the current app listing. File upload and dashboard generation features may not be available in every Teams scope or environment.
Users must not use the service to upload malicious files, infringe third party rights, bypass security controls, generate unlawful content, or interfere with the stability, security, or availability of the service.
To report objectionable content, app issues, or support requests, use the Contact page in the application or contact the DataMondo support team through the published support channel on the website.
The service may be updated, suspended, or changed to improve quality, security, performance, or compliance. Features may vary by environment, account configuration, and supported file type.
The service is provided for analytics assistance and productivity. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs, validating business logic, and confirming that generated Power BI assets meet their organizational requirements.
